ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Older Persons Community Mental Health Service is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Clinician to step into a pivotal leadership role within our Older Person’s Mental Health team. This is a chance to lead with both head and heart—bringing your clinical expertise, empathy, and insight to guide a diverse, multidisciplinary team in delivering care that is person-centred, evidence-informed, and grounded in recovery principles.
The role provides advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and coordination in the delivery of high-quality mental health services to older people (65+ or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 50+) experiencing complex mental health issues. The role supports recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally safe care across community, residential, and inpatient settings.
