Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior MEP Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team . The Senior MEP Commercial Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the MEP commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans. Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders and bids. Negotiate contracts and POs terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial issues and disputes. Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional certification (e.g., PRMG, PMP, MBA) is a plus.
