The Senior MEP Engineer plays a vital role in overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works across luxury real estate development and contracting projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior MEP Engineer is responsible for design coordination, on-site execution, quality assurance, and successful integration of MEP systems into the overall project, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer within construction or real estate development projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple trades.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, ideally in high-end or luxury projects.
