SENIOR MEP ENGINEER – HVAC SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer – HVAC Specialist to lead and manage HVAC and MEP systems in diverse projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality MEP solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of MEP/HVAC experience in Dubai projects.
• Skills:
• Expertise in HVAC system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local safety standards and regulations.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

  Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Experience:

• HVAC: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)

• Design, install, and oversee HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Conduct project reviews to determine HVAC and MEP resource requirements within budgets.
• Supervise on-site teams to ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related technical issues during installation and maintenance.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules for MEP and HVAC works.
• Ensure adherence to local standards and regulatory compliance for all HVAC and MEP systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for efficient project execution.
• Provide detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
