Role: Senior MEP Estimator

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP estimation in the UAEStrong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, specifications & BOQsExperience in cost analysis, tendering, and value engineering
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, AutoCAD, MS Excel, Bluebeam, etc.)Ability to interpret drawings, technical documents, and scope of workExceptional attention to detail and deadline-focused
• Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Analyze project drawings, specs, and client requirementsCoordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teamsEnsure competitive and accurate bid submissionsAssist in risk analysis and cost control strategies
