• Develop and maintain merchandise and assortment plans across key categories.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Conduct category and product analysis to determine buy quantities and inventory strategies.
• Manage order raising, stock allocation, and replenishment to optimise availability.
• Provide in-store merchandising and display guidelines to enhance customer experience.
