The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving production efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery with high-quality standards. Tasks Lead end-to-end merchandising operations from development to final deliveryHandle product sourcing, costing, and negotiations with international suppliersCoordinate closely with clients, factories, and internal teamsOversee sampling, approvals, and production planningMonitor order status, identify risks, and ensure timely executionOptimize lead times, costs, and supply chain performance Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in garment/apparel or accessories merchandisingStrong knowledge of global sourcing and production processesProven ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficientlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of material costing, product lifecycle, and logisticsA proactive mindset with strong leadership qualities
