JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Assist and support Category Manager in planning and executing the daily operations of Category Management.
• Source/identify and evaluate potential suppliers in engagement for new business.
• Attend and analyst shopper needs with potential products sourcing based on updated market trend.
• Work closely with suppliers/vendors to ensure swift response and timely resolution on any issues.
• Working closely with cross-functional team to ensure smooth execution of duties and timely resolution of any issues.
• Manage all data entry pertaining to merchandising to maintain in the system.
• Manage division documentations in order to fulfill company audits expectation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure accurate submission of new product listing, promotion proposals, trade plans and trading agreements.
• Preferred : Retail Industry Background
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Merchandising software or ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Category sales (Category & market share growth)
• Category margins (gross & back margins)
• Stocks holding
• Vendors performance

  Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
