We are seeking a dedicated and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales by ensuring that products are displayed effectively and attractively in retail environments. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth.

SKILLS

• Strong understanding of price optimization, sales strategies, and retail math principles.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software for creating compelling visual displays.
• Experience in inventory management to ensure products are stocked appropriately.
• Background in interior design is a plus, enhancing the ability to create aesthetically pleasing displays.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
