Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking multiple Senior Merchant Services Sales Consultants for the Wells Fargo Merchant Services Relationship Banking Sales Team of Consumer Lending. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with relationship bankers and relationship managers to maintain and grow relationships with customers by understanding their business, objectives, strategies, and challenges
  • Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to Merchant Services Sales functional area
  • Provide software solutions, standalone terminals, Ecommerce solutions, and mobile solutions
  • Prospect new opportunities within Merchant Services Sales functional area
  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues
  • Collaborate and consult with Merchant Services Sales peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve business objectives
  • Consult on complex customer specific payment solutions, including business needs assessments, analyzing merchants current payment processing, creating customized proposals, analyzing financial statements, and effectively managing relationships
