Role Description:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Build and integrate APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and optimize applications for speed and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the development of internal coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.
