Description
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize Meta ads campaigns aimed at acquiring new players for sweepstakes brands in the US.
  • Design and iterate on funnel structures including ad creatives, landing pages, and post-click experiences to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Work closely with design teams to test and improve creative concepts, formats, and messaging.
  • Manage high monthly budgets efficiently, scaling winning campaigns and controlling costs.
  • Maintain compliance with Meta’s advertising policies and US state-level iGaming regulations.
  • Continuously test new audiences, placements, and ad strategies to drive sustained growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook) ads in the iGaming industry for the US market.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the iGaming industry in the US market.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
  • Familiarity with real-money gaming compliance, ad disapprovals, and creative workarounds.
  • Proven ability to hit performance goals (CPA/ROAS) and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Proven track record on managing Meta, Google or etc., for non-regulated GREY markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset – experience with attribution tools like Google Analytics, GTM etc.
  • Fluent in building audience strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and first-party data use.
