We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to support our business growth and transition plans. This role is a customer-facing, technical lead position responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for newly onboarded customers and facilitating additional service requirements for existing customers.
The ideal candidate will work closely with pre-sales, operations, and project management teams to deliver cloud solutions while also contributing to the ongoing development, efficiency and security of our Managed Services capabilities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Azure IaaS & PaaS, including virtual machines, networking (VPNs, ExpressRoute, NSGs), storage, and backup solutions.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, onboarding, and security configurations.
  • Expertise in Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and SQL Server administration in cloud environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure security, governance, and compliance (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Conditional Access, PIM).
  • Familiarity with cost management and Azure Lighthouse for multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience with PowerShell and automation tools (e.g., Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Infrastructure as Code) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with sales, pre-sales, and operations teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on Microsoft cloud technologies.
