Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This client-facing delivery role is responsible for leading and executing complex technical implementations across Microsoft Modern Workplace and Cloud platforms. The role includes ownership of solution delivery, technical leadership within projects, mentoring of junior consultants, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The Senior Consultant ensures project success through quality execution, proactive communication, and alignment with Experteqs service methodologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE:

  • Project Delivery:

    • Lead technical delivery for projects involving Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Windows Server.

    • Package and deploy critical applications, support complex cutovers, and deliver onboarding strategies for customers.
    • Own delivery outcomes including implementation, testing, and documentation for endpoint, identity, and compliance solutions.
    • Support client transitions from legacy systems to modern environments including OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Intune.
    • Client Engagement:

      • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting both project delivery and operational handover.

      • Lead workshops to gather requirements and define solution scope and delivery approach.
      • Present confidently to client stakeholders, articulating trade-offs and design rationale clearly and effectively.
      • Collaboration and Mentoring:

        • Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and the Sales team to shape and execute engagements.

        • Support and mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants, particularly in application packaging, endpoint deployment, and security best practices.
        • Contribute to knowledge sharing, delivery frameworks, and improvements to project delivery processes.
        • Governance and Documentation:

          • Adhere to Experteqs delivery methodology and governance framework.

          • Document and communicate project risks, issues, and decisions.
          • Maintain comprehensive solution and configuration documentation.
          • Provide input into estimates, statements of work, and status reports.
          • Ensure all required reporting and administrative tasks (timesheets, status updates) are completed accurately and on time.
          • Professional Growth and Innovation:

            • Stay current with Microsoft Modern Workplace and Cloud platforms, particularly in areas of compliance, endpoint security, and privileged access.

            • Maintain relevant certifications (e.g. MS-102, SC-300, MD-102) and continue developing skills in automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI).
            • Contribute to internal tooling, accelerators, and reusable delivery artefacts.
