Job Description As a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Consultant at Everience, you act as a trusted expert for customer engagement and marketing automation solutions. You combine deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys with strong technical understanding and advisory skills, enabling teams to design and deliver high-quality, scalable customer journeys across markets. You will work in international agile teams and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Analyze complex customer, marketing, and business requirements across multiple countries Translate requirements into scalable customer engagement and journey solutions Design, configure, and optimize: Real-time customer journeys Event-based and trigger-driven interactions Segmentation and audience management Email, SMS, push notifications, and other outbound channels Implement and optimize consent, preference, and subscription management in line with GDPR and country-specific regulations Design functional and technical solutions aligned with Sales, Customer Service, and external platforms Support and design integrations between Customer Insights – Journeys and other enterprise systems (e.g., websites, data platforms, external tooling) Ensure data quality, performance, and reusability of journey components Work in an agile delivery model and take ownership of end-to-end outcomes Coordinate and align work across multiple projects and international stakeholders Provide guidance and functional leadership to consultants and developers Create clear documentation and support knowledge transfer and adoption Proactively advise on improvements, best practices, and roadmap decisions within the Customer Insights domain Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant and/or Developer Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing) Proven experience designing and delivering complex customer journeys in enterprise environments Solid understanding of CRM data models and customer lifecycle management Experience working in IT environments and delivering solutions in collaboration with architecture, security, integration, and operations teams Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys and/or Data) Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, advisory mindset with the ability to work independently Fluent in English, both spoken and written Relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe) and complex multi-country stakeholder landscapes Additional Information All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
