The role Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced senior consultant with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to join our dynamic team. You will lead complex migration initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and ensure security best practices across all solutions. As a trusted technical authority, you’ll also support and mentor the wider team in delivering high-quality, transformative projects. Key Responsibilities Lead complex Microsoft 365 implementations and migration projects across enterprise environments Serve as the primary technical contact for C-level executives, translating business needs into effective technical strategies Drive Microsoft 365 security architecture design and implementation, including compliance and threat protection Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery Provide high-level technical support and guidance to internal consultants and project stakeholders Stay ahead of Microsoft 365 innovations and proactively advise on roadmap and adoption strategies What we need to see from you Proven experience as a senior consultant or principal-level advisor in Microsoft 365 technologies Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security frameworks (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, etc.) Broad knowledge of the entire Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform Demonstrated success in leading complex migration projects and enterprise-scale deployments Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with executive leadership Ability to coach and technically support teams, fostering continuous improvement and excellence Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-101, SC-100, or equivalent) are highly desirable DUTCH SPEAKING IS ESSENTIAL Job Function Software & Cloud
