Senior Software Development Engineer to support and maintain business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps, focusing on stability, enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational excellence for internal stakeholders. Tasks Senior-level engineering experience supporting production business applications; Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/365/CE depending on org setup); Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps (canvas/model-driven apps) and platform fundamentals; Experience with integrations and data layer (commonly Dataverse; plus APIs/connectors); Practical debugging/troubleshooting skills: root-cause analysis, logs, reproducible cases, safe hotfixes; Clear English communication and ability to work with non-technical users (support intake, clarifying requirements). Requirements Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Dynamics and PowerApps: investigate incidents, resolve defects, and prevent recurrences; Implement small-to-medium enhancements and configuration changes (workflows, forms, business rules, app changes); Maintain integrations and automations (connectors/Power Automate if used), ensure reliability and data consistency; Own support operations: triage, prioritization, SLAs, release coordination, and stakeholder updates; Improve maintainability: documentation, runbooks, monitoring/alerts, and “known issues” knowledge base. Nice to have: Power Automate experience (flows, approvals, connectors); Familiarity with Dynamics customization (plugins, JavaScript, custom APIs); Experience with CI/CD for Power Platform / Dynamics (solutions, environment promotion); Basic security/compliance awareness: permissions, least privilege, audit considerations.
