Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned customer migration projects, from scoping and kickoff to go-live
  • Translate customer needs and platform data into a clear, actionable migration plan
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data import, billing, or platform setup
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams throughout the project
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates, communications, and team documentation
  • Mentor Junior Migration Specialists through peer QA, feedback, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Success on customer-impacting issues
