Description
MTSI is looking for a talented Senior Missile Defense Architecture Analyst to join our team! In this role you will provide systems engineering and technical support to assess and develop the future Missile Defense System. Responsibilities Assess foreign missile threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs and opportunities, and develop potential Missile Defense System mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level Support modeling & simulation (M&S) efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High Performance Computing (HPC) Develop analysis plans, run M&S to execute the analysis plan, perform analysis on the results, prepare analysis reports, and mentor younger engineers Review and provide quality assurance of Team analysis products prior to delivery Required Qualifications Master's degree and 12+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 20+ years experience Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Extensive knowledge of the current MDS architecture Experience with MATLAB Desired Qualifications TS/SCI clearance Experience with application of modeling & simulation to defense architectures and HPC experience Experience with Benchmark or AFSIM Experience coding with MATLAB, C++, and Python Experience working in the Missile Defense Agency #LI-KK1
