Description
MTSI is looking for a talented Senior Missile Defense System Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide system engineering and technical support to assessments of Missile Defense System capabilities and limitations. Responsibilities: Perform technical assessments to support fielding decisions by Missile Defense System (MDS) leadership and stakeholders for sensors, battle management, communications, and weapons systems. Provide technical support and engineering rigor by performing predictive analysis supporting ground test conditions, analytical support to system assessment leads, and synthesis and visualization of key technical aspects of MDS performance. Required Qualifications: MS/MA degree and 12+ years of experience. A BS/BA with 20+ years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a MS/MA degree. Active Secret clearance. Knowledge of MDS weapon systems, particular MDS radars and sensors. Detailed knowledge of radar functionality (i.e., cueing, detection, tracking, discrimination, etc.). A keen understanding of tactical track message data (i.e., B-Series, L-Series, TADIL-J, VMF-K, sensor LRIDS). Ability to decompose complex problems to actionable elements and then presenting analysis results to various levels of government customers. Development of assessment objectives and metrics to support capability delivery plans. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) Battle Command and Control (IBCS). Understanding of Area Air Defense Plans and Blue Force Designs. Knowledge of the functionality of various missile defense systems such as battle managers, interceptors, radar sensors, and infrared sensors. #LI-AS1
