Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Must-have Skills: Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering, with the ability to build secure, scalable, production-grade systems. 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Engineering roles. Strong programming skills in Python (or another ML-focused high-level language). Experience designing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)–powered applications in production environments. Hands-on experience architecting multi-agent systems, including tool-calling and long-term memory strategies to solve complex, non-linear problems. Experience implementing automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge). Familiarity with optimized vector storage and indexing systems for NLP applications. Experience building and maintaining high-volume data processing pipelines (structured and unstructured data). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP), Docker, and Git. Experience integrating internal and third-party AI APIs in a reliable and secure manner. Hands-on experience with the LangChain ecosystem (e.g., LangGraph, LangSmith) for prompt management, evaluation, and agent orchestration. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams. Clear and effective communication skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM field (or equivalent practical experience).
