Job Description Logic20/20 is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to support data science teams that are utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict and analyze computer vision or customer intent models. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by leveraging AI and ML techniques to create production-level systems through the application of machine learning models. What you’ll do: Create frameworks to predict a variety of outcomes in different scenarios Create models of customer satisfaction that provide detailed insight into what causes a customer to take different actions Collaborate with other data scientists and stakeholders on projects Develop solutions in R or Python Develop production-grade solutions Work in Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark Translate business and product questions into analytics projects Communicate clearly over written and oral channels while translating complex methodologies and analytical results into high-level insights About the team: The Logic20/20 Advanced Analytics team combines data engineering, data science, and visual analytics to mitigate risk, optimize operations, and automate processes for the ultimate user experience. Proficiency in ML Frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch). Experience with AWS Sagemaker (S3, Lambda, Glue) and/or Snowflake and Palantir Foundry. Experience creating reproducible environments for data processing and model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Terraform. Proficiency with software engineering best practices: version control, testing, and CI/CD automation (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins). Experience implementing model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and observability systems. Preferred qualifications Experience with Remote Sensing data and geospatial technologies. Experience with deep learning at scale with geospatial remote sensing data. Ability to manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle across platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry and AWS SageMaker. Master's degree/PhD in computer science or related field. Additional Information At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $144,134 - $162,067 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
