Join our Product Experience team as we look to build and provide world class mobile applications to our customers across the globe. This role would work closely with the platform teams as well as the product experience design systems and other cross-functional Engineering teams to set the direction of the mobile applications at Splunk.
Splunk’s Mobile Engineering team is looking for a Senior Android mobile developer to build innovative products that allow our customers to bolster enterprise resilience by simply and securely accessing their data wherever they go. In this role, you will be interacting with product management and customers to understand detailed requirements. You will also work with other engineering teams across Splunk to design and build high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and defining areas of improvement and work with partner teams to put plans in place to address these improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multi-functional team of product managers, designers and senior engineers to design and implement new features within the applications
  • Build increasingly complex app components and take an app through the entire SDLC, including fixing bugs and improving performance
  • Participate in peer code reviews, and help improve code quality over time
