REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+
• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java)
• Deep understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, App Store/Play Store deployment
• Strong grasp of mobile security, performance optimization, and accessibility standards

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Expo, Firebase, and React Navigation
• Knowledge of native module bridging and performance tuning
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native applications for iOS and Android
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Integrate native modules, third-party SDKs, and APIs
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Stay current with mobile development trends and emerging technologies
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence
