The Role – Senior Mobile Repair Technician Manager Level 3

After recent success, we are looking for a senior mobile repair technician manager. If you have previous experience in leading a technical team in the repair of mobile devices, we want to hear from you.
This role involves developing and controlling a team of technicians ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the repair process. You’ll be supported during the training process and taught everything you need to know about the business, and how to succeed.

· Significant experience in repairing mobile phones at board level
· Full understanding of the schematic diagram
· Solid soldering and rework skill experience
· Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and deliver effectively across all levels of a business
· Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and adaptability under pressure
· Positive mindset and can-do attitude; Reactive and customer-focused, with a finger on the pulse of current trends
· Ability to work independently, or as part of a group, to prioritise multiple concurrent projects, and meet deadlines with a high level of personal organisation
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Highly motivated, ambitious and confident.
· An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude and good listening skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm - Mon-Fri
Salary: basic salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
· Researching and developing new repair techniques, repair standards and targets.
· Managing the technical team to ensure targets and quality standards are always adhered to
· Level 3 repairs such as Charge IC, Touch ID, Face ID, Audio IC, Baseband repairs
· Ongoing analysis and training of repair types with the technical team
· Proactively working with the Operational teams to ensure SLAs are met and exceeded.
· Controlling part suppliers to meet quality standards.
