Job Description We are seeking a Senior Mobilization Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project mobilization, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment of resources across international projects. Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies for complex, large-scale projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently Manage logistics for personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential mobilization challenges Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project initiation Monitor and report on mobilization progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the mobilization process Continuously improve mobilization procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobilization or project coordination roles Proven track record of successfully managing complex project mobilizations, preferably in an international context Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies Excellent skills in resource allocation, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management Advanced proficiency in MS Office Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Decisive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
