Job Description Tasks / Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Translate complex high-level requirements into structured Simulink models using industry best practices (MAAB guidelines). Logic Development: Design and implement complex control logic using Stateflow & Simulink. Automation & Scripting: Develop custom MATLAB M-scripts and tools to automate modeling tasks, data analysis, and report generation. Verification & Validation: Lead Model-Based Testing (MBT) efforts, including Test Sequence creation and achieving 100% MC/DC coverage. International Representation: Act as a technical subject matter expert in international forums, presenting architectural decisions and representing the team’s technical progress. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware and software teams (Firmware & Testing) to ensure seamless model integration and deployment.Expected skill set: Core Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow. Testing Frameworks: Proven experience with Simulink Test Manager and Simulink Coverage. Scripting: knowledge of M-scripting and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in MATLAB. Systems Knowledge: understanding of thermodynamics (HVAC) and physical system modeling (preferred).
