You will develop trusted relationships with clients and mentor other team members, acting as a generalist across the Modern Work stack with one or two areas of deeper technical speciality Your day-to-day: Design and implement Modern Work solutions tailored to meet clients' business requirements and technical specifications. Lead the implementation of E3/E5/E7 security tooling (Defender for Endpoint/Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and Conditional Access). Configure and deploy Copilot and AI agents, ensuring they are integrated effectively within the client's existing workflows. Deploy and manage Desktop Virtualisation solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience across AVD and Windows 365. Establish and drive M365 governance frameworks to ensure secure and sustainable environments for clients. Advise clients on the management and governance of the Power Platform (Environment strategy, DLP policies, and security). Conduct assessments and proofs of concept to validate proposed Copilot and AI architectures. Collaborate with Adoption and Change Management leads to ensure technical solutions are designed for high user adoption. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on maximising the value of E5/E7 licensing investments. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and AI trends to advise clients on continuous optimisation. Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our five Mantel principles What you’ll need to be successful: Good written & verbal communication skills, including strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills. Ability to identify trends within the practice relating to modern work, workplace security and AI, and communicate them effectively to the wider practice. Familiarity with ACM methodologies and how they impact technical delivery. Ability to lead and mentor others where appropriate. Bring a positive can-do attitude to the team. What tech you’ll need to know: 3+ years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 solutions in complex environments. Experience in deploying and managing Copilot for Microsoft 365. Hands-on experience deploying and managing Desktop Virtualisation technologies (AVD and Windows 365). Proven experience with M365 security hardening using E5 tooling (Sentinel, Defender, Purview). Experience in M365 Governance (External sharing, lifecycle management, naming policies). Knowledge of Power Platform & Copilot Studio administration and governance. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert preferred.
