SENIOR MORTGAGE AGENT / UNDERWRITER – $100K BASE + BONUS | WARM LEADS ONLY | IN-OFFICE ROLE

Location: Toronto, ON – Financial District / Etobicoke
Compensation: $100,000 Base Salary + $10,000 Annual Bonus
Work Type: Full-time, In-Person (No Work From Home)

YOUR ROLE: SENIOR MORTGAGE AGENT / UNDERWRITER

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their mortgage applications from start to finish:

• Conduct discovery calls and mortgage consultations to understand client needs
• Analyze and recommend the best mortgage products
• Underwrite and process mortgage applications with attention to detail
• Coordinate document collection and ensure compliance with all lender requirements
• Provide exceptional service while managing a high volume of client files
