General Responsibilities * Responsible for processing & closing residential loans (first & second lien mortgages, home-equity lines of credit, land, and construction) * Working cohesively with our mortgage loan originators & credit union staff, member clients * Managing the processing & closing workflow * Preparing and issuing loan documents and disclosures * Adhering to Federal and State lending regulations * Primary duties and responsibilities are outlined in the Job Description * May assist with processing and closing credit union loans and lines of credit, if there is excess capacity within your dedicated assignments and pipeline * Follow construction loan policies and procedures, assisting with the draws/fundings, etc. * Other duties assigned
