Job Description This role is based in our Cairo Festival City Business Park, New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt office. Reports to: Creative Motion Lead Position Summary The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality motion design, animation, and video content that supports brand, marketing, and communications objectives. This role combines advanced creative capability with strong technical expertise and project ownership. The position requires a strategic thinker who can independently lead projects from concept through completion while mentoring junior team members, optimizing workflows, and maintaining exceptional visual and production standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, design, and execute sophisticated motion graphics and animated content for digital, social, campaign, and presentation use. Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives that align with brand strategy and communication goals. Apply advanced animation techniques, compositing, and post-production processes with a strong understanding of technical workflows. Leverage AI-driven visual generation tools to enhance creativity, streamline production, and optimize workflows. Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and delivery requirements are consistently met. Contribute innovative ideas and proactively identify opportunities where motion design can enhance engagement and communication impact. Maintain high standards in layout, typography, composition, and overall graphic design execution. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior designers to support skill development and team growth. Maintain organized project files, documentation, and production workflows. Communicate concepts, progress, and recommendations clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of production pipelines, animation tools, and delivery formats. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable tools). Proven experience creating engaging social media video content. Strong design sensibility, including layout, visual hierarchy, and typography. Expert knowledge in implementing AI visual generation to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency. (Runway, Nano Banana, Kling, Midjourney, and etc…) Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred / Additional Skills Experience operating camera equipment and supporting interview or on-site filming setups. Working knowledge of lighting, framing, and basic audio capture.
