REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• A design-related degree or equivalent experience.
• +5 years of experience in motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in video, animation, and illustration.
• Demonstrate expertise/knowledge of industry standard design tools, animation software, and motion graphics production techniques.
• 3D modelling and animation experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design and web/mobile UX principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design engaging, interactive, and compelling motion graphics, videos, infographics, and learning activities.
• Contributing to the creative direction of projects in partnership with Learning Designers.
• Collaborate with our team of Learning Designers, motion graphics, and 3D designers to maintain high-quality creative standards.
• Oversee the visual and technical delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they align with the creative brief and meet quality expectations.
• Guide our designers to elevate the overall creative output and maintain consistency.
• Contribute to non-courseware design projects, including brand, campaign, and internal communications work.
