QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Professional certification in insurance or claims management.
• Certification in Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI) and Commercial General Insurance (ComGl) with Singapore College of Insurance
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Motor claims handling with a focus on third party bodily claims within the Singapore insurance market.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s motor insurance regulations and claims processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

OUR ROLE

The Motor Claim Specialist is responsible for managing and processing third-party bodily injury claims related to motor accidents. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, the specialist will handle complex claims, ensuring timely and fair resolution in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
