Description

Description he MRI technologist performs venipuncture and injects contrast material for MRI exams as necessary. The MRI technologist serves as a liaison with all levels of management about the MRI section. The technologist executes actions which will guarantee quality image results, to assure that the highest quality of diagnostic imaging is generated, formulates training in MRI techniques for the radiologic technologist and medical students. Requirements US citizen and clearable for a Federal clearance

Responsibilities

The MRI Technologist performs venipuncture and contrast injections to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging. They also act as a liaison with management and provide training for radiologic technologists and medical students.
