EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar MS Dynamics Developer role.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, .NET, and responsive design principles.
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CMS Architecture, Customisation, Dataverse Data mapping, and dashboard reporting.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Automate, Azure Dev Apps, and custom APIs.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or an ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above).
• Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Consultant / Microsoft Power Platform.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Ergo are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Developer for our Enterprise client based in Dublin 1. This role involves implementing a comprehensive Case Management Solution (CMS) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to transform customer service delivery across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving transformational change by developing and customising Dynamics 365 CMS to enhance both customer and employee experiences. Hybrid working with attendance at Marlborough Street or Blanchardstown office at least two days per week. Must be available to start services from August 2025.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, develop, and implement customised solutions within MS Dynamics 365 CMS, including entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications using APIs, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Develop Power Apps and workflows to improve user interactions and business processes.
• Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity during SharePoint setup and data migration.
• Configure system settings and security roles in compliance with business and data protection requirements.
• Provide technical support, prepare detailed documentation, and conduct training sessions for end-users and teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to CICD pipeline development.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and Dynamics 365 updates to suggest system improvements.
