Our client, a leading federal organization, is seeking an exceptional Senior Microsoft Exchange Administrator to join their team on a contract running until March 31, 2026, with strong potential for extension. This primarily remote role requires residence within proximity to Ottawa (e.g., Montreal, Toronto) and eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Clearance. You’ll bring deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and advanced Exchange administration skills, ideally extending beyond standard configurations to complex hybrid environments. In this role, you’ll design, implement, maintain, and optimize a mission-critical Exchange infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and performance for thousands of users. Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments is a plus, as are bilingual communication skills. If you’re a seasoned professional with a track record of managing large-scale Exchange environments, driving migration projects, and solving complex messaging challenges, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a high-profile federal setting.
