SG Technologies - part of the Neo Performance Materials Group, is a global leader in the production of high-performance magnetic components and assemblies. Our products are shipped worldwide to high end automotive and consumer products customers such as Dyson, Robert Bosch, Caterpillar and YASA.
In addition to the high-volume existing business, we are also developing new production lines and processes for a range of new products including hydrogen power for transport, electric vehicles and the next generation of hybrid vehicles and trucks. As such, we are now recruiting for multiple Maintenance Technicians with Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls experience. We have roles for people who are both established and those who have recently completed their apprenticeship.
These roles will provide the opportunity to broaden skills, work in a fast-paced environment and offer career progression.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
·Qualified to 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations standard, with experience gained in a manufacturing environment
·Ability to carry out fault finding and installation, isolation and re-instatement of equipment
·Must have a can-do positive attitude

·Carrying out preventative maintenance, overhauls, repairs and improvements to a diverse range of machines and services within the facility
·Updating electrical drawings as and when required
·Machine installation
·Continuous improvement project work
