As a Senior Multimedia Designer with a strong focus on motion design, you will have a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wings, delivering quality work across our Marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements; Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring concepts to life through motion and animation; Edit and enhance video footage with special effects, transitions, and dynamic graphics; Be involved in and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity to develop innovative initiatives; Receive and apply feedback on the design received from the Line Manager; Analyse trends and keep up with the times. Research new technologies/techniques and how they can be practically applied to our design; Self-manage and take ownership of the design task assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. At least 7+ years of experience in a client-side/agency environment; Proven experience as a multimedia graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work; Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns. Strong knowledge of Visual Ideation/Creativity/Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Advanced proficiency with Multimedia Design Software (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro). Knowledge of colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling in a multimedia context. Fluent in English. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Strong collaborative skills; Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage own workload and changing demands; A keen eye for detail; A can-do and flexible approach; Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
