We are looking for a Senior Multinational Service Expert to be based in Madrid. to handle the administration of international insurance policies. Your Team Our Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists who deliver our unique selling proposition (USP) through technical excellence, the Allianz network, and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our Global Team to enhance the Client Experience through our technical capabilities, internal collaboration and to set the tone for our Multinational growth. As part of our newly established Multinational Excellence Centre in Spain, you will at first report to our Head of Business Model Transformation and Process Redesign and become part of a global and dynamic team of Multinational professionals. The Impact You Will Have As an expert member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of multinational insurance programs across various territories. You will oversee implementation of multinational insurance programs, managing complex projects and ensure alignment with market requirements. You will participate in improving processes and your deep industry knowledge to enhance service delivery and optimize operations. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness for policy issuance Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally Prepare policy wording documents for sometimes complex customer needs Ensure multinational data accuracy and accessibility in core global systems Develop standardized procedures for new product implementation Actively support transformation initiatives and drive process improvements Collaborate with the CUO office to oversee product rollout initiatives Provide additional support during the product's initial launch phase Offer support, coaching and training for team members, keeping up-to-date and ensuring quality standards are maintained in the team What You’ll Bring to the Role You are an experienced professional in the insurance industry with a hands-on understanding of Multinational Insurance Operations policy administration, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment. You are quickly operational in Madrid, have strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to step up to a senior role within a team. You bring the following: A solid previous experience in policy administration of multinational insurance programs for large Corporates, ideally in Financial Lines (and/or Liability) Strong understanding of underwriting processes, system integrations, and market-specific dynamics At ease managing stakeholders at every level of the organization, internationally, internal and external Excellent communication skills in English, with additional European languages a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate, and support colleagues to do the same Competence with Microsoft Office and an interest in new technologies Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools A keen interest in training and user onboarding processes A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization 81828 | Operations | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Commercial | Full-Time | Permanent
