About the Role

You will manage an established private musculoskeletal caseload including:

  • Sporting injuries
  • Spinal pain
  • Workplace injuries
  • Persistent pain presentations
  • Exercise rehabilitation
  • Long-term injury prevention and performance goals

Exercise rehabilitation is central to our model of care, and this role will suit a physiotherapist who enjoys integrating Clinical Pilates and Group Exercise Therapy into their patient management.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive coordinated care and the right support throughout their recovery journey.

As WA Health Group Murdoch continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the clinic by building relationships with patients, healthcare professionals and the local community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Managing and developing an established patient caseload
  • Delivering exercise-based rehabilitation programs
  • Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior physiotherapy staff
  • Integrating Clinical Pilates and Group Exercise Therapy into patient care
  • Collaborating with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and other allied health professionals
  • Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in private practice musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative clinic culture
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members

About You

You are a clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving meaningful outcomes for patients.

You will ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in private practice musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Sports Physiotherapy or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy postgraduate training is highly regarded.
  • A genuine interest in exercise-based rehabilitation
  • Experience with, or enthusiasm for, Clinical Pilates and Group Exercise Therapy
  • A collaborative approach to patient care
  • A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
  • An interest in contributing to the growth and culture of a multidisciplinary clinic

Sports Physiotherapy or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy postgraduate training will be highly regarded.
