Responsibilities

Within the faculty of Health, Medicine, and Social Care an opportunity has arisen to join our Professional Services team as a Senior MyProgress Administrator supporting our students, staff, and external partners who use the MyProgress online platform. MyProgress is used for students’ practice based assessment and learning, allowing users to record feedback, reflections, and learning experiences whilst in a clinical or real-world work setting.
The role will provide maternity cover and you’ll be responsible for answering helpdesk tickets from users as well as contributing to the development of the platform and providing support to colleagues within the team. This is a hybrid role combining software support and administrative responsibilities. Although based in either Cambridge or Chelmsford the team currently work remotely for the majority of time.
With a degree or relevant professional qualification you’ll have the skills and experience needed to troubleshoot complex technical issues and to provide quality user support in a friendly and sympathetic tone with proven experience in a previous customer service role.
