Job Description Senior National Account Manager Reports to: Head of Wholesale | Location: London Role Purpose Drive growth and profitability for priority UK & IE wholesale partners. Lead Joint Business Plans (JBP), trade marketing omnichannel activation to deliver profitable sales, brand visibility, and exceptional execution to deliver Net and Retail Sell Out Objectives. Key Responsibilities Customer Strategy: Build strategic relationships; maximize existing partners and onboard new ones to influence brand positioning, distribution and brand awareness Commercial Ownership: Manage P&L, pricing, trade terms, and promo ROI; unlock incremental revenue and secondary space. Forecasting & Supply: Own accurate forecasting partnering with CHO stakeholders Digital Excellence: Optimize visibility, desirability on partner.coms; plan events and leverage retailer media. 360° Activation: Align marketing and optimize trade marketing; execute key commercial moments flawlessly. Insights & Reporting: Develop strategic action plans, in consultation with the local and central management team. Turn data into actionable plans for distribution, space, activations and content. Leadership: Coach Coordinators and Account Managers; instill efficient ways of working; developing competencies and efficient working methods Qualifications National Account Management Beauty / FMCG experience with large retailers and/or pure players. Proven success in account management with P&L accountability. Strong relationship stakeholder experience; analytical and negotiation skills. Leadership in matrix environments; hands-on and structured approach. Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude; hands-on mentality. Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
