About The Role 

This Senior National Account Manager has ownership of the retail partnership with Woolworths. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you’ll take the lead on customer strategy, commercial performance and growth, with responsibility spanning Joint Business Planning, range reviews, pricing, promotions, negotiations and customer P&L. Beyond day-to-day account management, you’ll have genuine influence across the broader business, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute the Woolworths account strategy to deliver sales, profit and market share objectives;
• Identify and unlock category growth opportunities through data led insights and a strong understanding of shopper behaviour;
• Build and maintain senior level relationships across Woolworths to drive long term strategic partnerships;
• Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain; and
• Manage forecasting, promotional planning and performance reporting to ensure delivery against budget and commercial targets. 

About You 

• Proven success managing major grocery accounts, ideally Woolworths;
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations;  
• Ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
• Experience using category and shopper insights to drive business growth; and
• Highly analytical mind with strong planning, forecasting and financial management capabilities.
