Position Summary We’re looking for a sharp, outgoing, and detail-driven sales pro who loves being in the mix—building relationships, closing deals, and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll own key accounts end-to-end—including major partners like Ulta Beauty—while also teaming up to expand the business and open new doors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps track of the smallest details, and can confidently handle high-demand retail partners. What You’ll Do 1. Build & Own Relationships ▪ Be the face of the brand for national retail partners ▪ Manage and grow key accounts, including Ulta Beauty ▪ Build strong, genuine relationships and stay on top of every detail 2. Grow the Business (Together) ▪ Partner with your teammate to expand existing accounts and open new ones ▪ Spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and close deals ▪ Keep momentum high and consistently hit goals 3. Run It All (A → Z) ▪ Own the flow of business from order to delivery—making sure everything runs smoothly end-to-end ▪ Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time ▪ Stay aligned with marketing on promotions, launches, and key initiatives (especially with Ulta Beauty) ▪ Keep a close eye on details and timelines—proactively follow up so nothing falls behind 4. Stay Connected & Communicate ▪ Keep your manager in the loop with clear, consistent updates ▪ Share wins, challenges, and opportunities in real time ▪ Be the connector across teams and partners 5. Be Out There ▪ Represent the brand at meetings, events, and trade shows ▪ Bring energy, presence, and insight wherever you go Qualifications ▪ 2+ years in B2B sales or account management (beauty/CPG a plus) ▪ Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident ▪ Strong memory and attention to detail—you remember names, numbers, and follow-ups ▪ Comfortable working closely with a teammate to drive results ▪ Able to handle demanding accounts and fast-moving situations ▪ Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done ▪ Clear, proactive communicator Preferred Qualifications: ▪ Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters, clients, and vendors.
