Purpose The FPSO Product Development senior engineer has the responsibility to assist the vessel product development team with naval architecture expertise and project engineering support. The role focuses on advancing new vessel products to a stage where they are ready for project implementation—either as part of technical framing, bid stages, or execution. Responsibilities The FPSO Product Development senior engineer has the overall responsibility to: Provide support to the Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, work-hour and schedule control. Work across all engineering disciplines to ensure the engineering deliverables are completed on time, on budget, on quality and in accordance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Lead or execute naval architecture tasks, including stability assessments and layout development, with proactive management of technical content, resources, planning, deliverables, and budget. Help in maintaining the project organization, responsibilities, and accountabilities. Provide clear reporting on progress and difficulties. Foster teamwork and cooperation within the Project and with stakeholders Education University degree in naval engineering or a related discipline.
