Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) tank inspection and advanced tube inspection techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IRIS, ECT, RFT, MFL, and Eddy Current Array (ECA) technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality inspection services in industrial environments. • Perform MFL inspections on storage tanks and pipelines. • Conduct tube inspections using IRIS, ECT, RFT, and ECA techniques. • Analyze and interpret inspection data to identify defects and anomalies. • Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment regularly. • Collaborate with engineering and QA/QC teams to support maintenance and integrity programs. • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and inspection procedures. Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience in NDT, with specialization in MFL and tube inspection. • Certified in relevant NDT methods (ASNT/PCN/ISO9712 preferred). • Strong understanding of inspection standards and codes (API, ASME, ASTM). • Proficient in data analysis and reporting software. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and lead inspection teams when required. Additional Information • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectors. • Familiarity with robotic or semi-automated inspection systems. • IRATA certification or rope access experience is a plus.
