Senior .NET Core Developer with AWS (Hybrid) Experienced .Net Lead with a strong background in SQL, .Net Core, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 14 years of experience and a good understanding of Asset & Wealth Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. Develop and maintain scalable and efficient software systems using SQL, .Net Core, and AWS. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Ensure that all architectural designs adhere to industry best practices and company standards. Lead the development of technical documentation to support system architecture and design decisions. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions on AWS to enhance system performance. Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on current and future projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects and initiatives. Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to improve project delivery and team collaboration. Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes to ensure optimal functionality. Contribute to the strategic planning of IT infrastructure to support business growth and innovation. The annual salary for this position is between $68K – $135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
