This opportunity is for a Senior .NET Developer to join a high-performing back-end development team. The role is 100% focused on server-side development and will involve designing, developing, and optimizing Microservices, SQL databases, and message-driven systems in a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite in Fort Worth, TX).
As part of a collaborative team, you will work on enterprise-level applications that demand scalability, high availability, and strong data integrity. This is a great opportunity for someone with deep technical skills in .NET and SQL, along with hands-on experience with message brokers, to drive backend innovation in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of back-end development experience with .NET (.NET Core, .NET 6+)
• Strong expertise in SQL Server and relational database design
• Experience developing Microservices in production environments
• 3+ years working with message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred, but Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc. acceptable)
• Solid understanding of parallel and concurrent processing
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical implementations and decisions
• Experience participating in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Exposure to Generative AI, Rules Engines, and language models
• Familiarity with Splunk, distributed caching (Redis/Memcached), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Front-end experience with Blazor, ASP.NET Core MVC, or modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Local to DFW or willing to relocate

• Build scalable Microservices using modern .NET practices
• Integrate message brokers for reliable inter-system communication
• Optimize SQL Server queries and database performance
• Conduct code reviews and participate in design sessions
• Contribute to on-call support rotation (every 7 weeks)
