Solutions Architect needed to design new and current applications, development, and implementations. Must have experience overseeing the operation of multiple applications. This position is a hybrid role (2 days onsite and 3 remote). This person should have a background in .NET development in a corporate environment with proven experience driving results and improvements. You will provide architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to systems analysts, systems engineers, and other systems architects. You will develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance, reports on findings and makes recommendations for improvement. This person needs to stay abreast of available technology regarding web and Windows development, information delivery, and relational database technology.

THIS PERSON NEEDS TO HAVE HEAVY EXPERIENCE IN C# DEVELOPMENT, AZURE ENVIRONMENT EXPERIENCE (WORKING IN PIPELINES, AUTOMATED DEPLOYMENT WITH DEVOPS AND MORE), AND SOME AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AI AS WE HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTING NEW AI FEATURES RECENTLY SO JUST A HIGH LEVEL UNDERSTANDING. YOU WILL BE WORKING 50% IN ARCHITECTURAL ASPECTS WITH MULTIPLE SCRUM TEAMS OVER MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS IN THE BUSINESS AND 50% HANDS ON DEVELOPMENT WILL BE NEEDED ALSO. THIS PERSON WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE TO SERVE AS A MENTOR TO JUNIOR DEVELOPERS. HAVING A BACKGROUND IN GREENFIELD DEVELOPMENT IS A HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALITY.

Required Experience:
5+ years of experience working as a developer.
5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
5+ years of experience in window and/or web-based systems design and development.
5+ years of hands on experience with application development tools, including Visual Studio .NET.
5+ years of hands-on experience with relational database technology, preferably MS SQL Server.
