Senior .NET Developer Overview: Re-platforming a multi-tenant insulin dosing platform to modern .NET. This role requires AI-native developers who can interpret legacy code, work modularly, and use LLM-based assistants to accelerate delivery. Responsibilities: Modernize legacy CodeIgniter/Laravel codebase to .NET 6/8 Leverage AI tools for code conversion, documentation, and best-practice implementation Write performant, modular, secure code for clinical-grade applications Collaborate with technical writers to annotate and document the codebase Requirements: Expertise in .NET 6/8, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs Familiarity with AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) Understanding of cloud-native principles (Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure) Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, or FedRAMP) preferred
